COLD PLAY AND RIHANNA RELEASE "PRINCESS OF CHINA"

To be honest, I loved this song, months ago when Cold Play's album was released, now it's just annoying. Rihanna still sounds amazing but I can't stand the Cold Play guy. In the video they're trying this whole samurai / geisha / ninja thing and I can't take this seriously. I get it she's the "Princess of China" but you didn't have to be so fucking explicit about it. 

I stopped watching after I saw Cold Play's guy trying to be all serious and "I'm a macho" look at all these dramatic drum players behind me. I think they took a bit too long to release this as a single, I don't know why, I don't really care anymore because I don't even like the song at this point. I also think they took themselves a bit too seriously during the filming of this video. 

Oh shit, I forgot Cold Play was a hipster band, that explains everything.

WONDER GIRLS RELEASE MISS A / BEYONCE KNOCK OFF "LIKE THIS"

You'd think a group like Wonder Girls would release something fresh and unheard of it. Nope, they have been riding the retro stick for almost 2 years now, going a decade behind every time. They started with the 70s, then they tried the 60s, and I don't know what else. Now, they have released their atrocious comeback single "Like This" that sounds like Miss A's "Step Up" which sounds like Beyonce's "Single Ladies", which sounds like Beyonce's "Get Me Bodied" - I prefer Miss A's "Step Up" instead of these other flops tbh. 

The music video is also very cheap. They're trying to recreate one of those bizarre random dance breaks people do in the streets and all this ridiculously. I honestly didn't finish watching the video, I'm instead listening to Miss A. "Miss A, a, a, a, a, a" I don't know how they intent to receive any sort of love from this single.

BIGBANG UNLEASHES "MONSTER" / ACHIEVES ALL-KILL!

BIGBANG doesn't mess around. Whenever they release something, you pay attention. 9 times out of 10 everyone loves it, 10 times out of 10 everyone loves it after 5 listens. They have just released the repackaged album "Still Alive" and unleashed a "Monster" of a music video! The repackaged album was just released in South Korea and it has already received an ALL-KILL, sorry Wonder Flops, you're gonna have to grab a seat for this one.

BIGBANG always delivers with the music videos and "Monster" is n no exception. The video starts off with a massive intro, guns, explosions, it's like you're watching a better version of "Transformers". Then Mr. T.O.P does his whisper thing and the earth melts, it just melted, boom, now it's melted. When it comes to 2NE1 and BIGBANG you know they spend a lot of money in their visuals, their costumes, their sound, etc. The costumes for this video are probably my favorite so far, they're very weird, they're very detailed and the hairstyles are very illuminati. The music video is all sorts of fantastic. It's action-packed, with lots of shirtless scenes from Mr. Taeyang, can I put those chocolate abs in my latte? 

Now as far as the song, it's a killer, it's such a fucking killer, the CIA has it on its' most wanted list. The song starts off slow and I was a bit worried because all the teasers had a ballad feel to it. But it's totally not! It's a power / house / with a bits of ballad breaks type of song. What also surprised me the most is that my dream husband Seung Ri gets a shit ton of lines. I don't know who's been paying attention to me but I am glad they did. Seung Ri's voice is the best for this single. The bridge is probably my favorite part, Seung Ri starts singing something I can't understand cuz I don't know Korean, but whatever it is, I love it. I'm also glad that Daesung has the chorus, well most of it. It's nice that they're trying new things with their vocal arrangements. 

The hook is amazing, but you already expected that "I need you, baby I'm not a monster, a monster" Best lyrics ever written, tbh. 

Now for those who don't follow KPOP religiously like you should! All-Kill means they are number ONE in all the digital and physical retailers. Think of it as being number one on iTunes, Amazon, and whatever else you legal downloaders use.

THE VERONICAS REVEAL NEW ALBUM'S NAME AND RELEASE DATE!

The Veronicas have been teasing us with their comeback for about a year now. But now officially coming from them we have not only the name of the album "Life On Mars", they love titles with the word "Life" on them. The album is also expected to be released this Sept / Oct. In this video they take us behind the scenes for their album shoot, and they are looking fine!

During this behind the scenes, they are in some desert in Australia, their motherland, and they're having some fun with the wind and the sand. They put so much effort for us, we must buy 10 copies each when the album comes out.

So far there's nothing confirmed for the album, but I'm thinking it'll drop soon, like within two weeks soon. The same thing happened with "Hook Me Up" (single and album). I can't wait for what the sound is gonna be! I also have seriously missed their accent, I need it in my life full-time now!

CHER LLOYD "THE WANTED CAN'T HANDLE THIS"

Cher Lloyd loves to talk, she loves to open her mouth and then stick her foot in it and I LOVE IT! I love her. She sat down with one of Ryan Seacrest's minions in order to promote her debut US single "Want U Back" and the upcoming US version of her album "Sticks & Stones" She answered some great questions and then they mentioned that one time of The Wanted boys said her mic looked like a dildo...and she... I love her! 

Cher simply said "If my mic looks like a dildo, so be it, alright!" that was after she said "The Wanted can't handle this!" LOL! Oh The Wanted are getting hated on left to right these days, what is going on!? Maybe all these British lads and gals should just zip it up and get better PR agencies. 

She also talks about wanting to be judged by Britney, and then teaches the guy to make the helicopter noise.

TEEN TOP AND MYNAME COMEBACK STAGES ON MUSIC BANK!

Teen Top has been one of my favorite groups ever since their debut, their messy "Crazy" debut single was my jam for the longest time ever. I also think I'm one of the few that loved MYNAME's debut single "Message" was amazing and their epic English fails amuse me so deeply. Now they're both back with their comeback singles... I still love Teen Top... MYNAME, eh.

Teen Top have proven time and time again that they know how to dance their butts off. Often being a little bit homoerotic and a bit out there, they have also have some solid themes for their singles. Now with the amazing "To You" their success continues. They headed over to Music Bank yesterday to debut their stage and I was in love! I am so happy that the other members who aren't Neil are finally getting some lines. The choreo was great, the vocals were great, everything was right with the world.  It's still pretty obvious that Neil is the leader but now the other guys get some spotlight too. 

MYNAME on the other hand decided to comeback with a boring ballad that I don't have to speak Korean to know it's boring. I honestly don't know what they're saying but I'm not interested. The name of their single is "Hello & Goodbye" - how creative. One thing though you can't deny is that they are great performers. The live version is some serious business. They all sound great and in sync, if only the song was a bit more interesting.

TAETISEO BECOME FIRST SUB-UNIT GROUP TO WIN 12 KPOP TROPHIES!

TaeTiSeo have a lot to celebrate lately. Their debut single "Twinkle" has been a hot tamale since it debuted back in April, on top of that they have literally taken almost every weekly trophy you can think of. For those who don't follow KPop, there are weekly award shows and at the end they pick a winner and such winner gets a trophy, well TaeTiSeo have won 12 of them.

This is huge for anyone to be honest, no one gets this many trophies as you have new groups coming and coming every single week and with comebacks, it's hard, but TaeTiSeo have made it seem so easy and have definitely set the bar high for sub-units, units and solo artists. 

When I first heard the song I was dismissive about it, I didn't like it but when I saw them perform, I was in love. I'm glad that they're getting all the love they deserve! They work so hard, they totally deserve all of these trophies!
