IS THIS COVER OF "SOMEBODY THAT I USED TO KNOW" FOR REAL?

My friend posted this on Facebook, I don't know who they are, I don't know what language their singing, I don't know if they are intentionally being horrible, I don't know anything about this... but I laughed so hard you have no idea!

This is the biggest epic fail I've ever seen in my life. No wonder Gotye is getting sick of this song.
